Level II Dental Assistant

Meghan is a Level II Dental Assistant at Bayside Dentistry who takes pride in helping patients maintain their smiles and achieve their dental goals. Her journey into dentistry began at a young age, inspired by her own dental experiences and strengthened through volunteer work at her family’s dental office. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for patient care and motivated her to pursue a career in the field.

She completed the Level II Dental Assisting program at Georgian College and an orthodontic module at the University of British Columbia, which allowed her to expand her skills and knowledge. Meghan began her career working for her own dentist in Vancouver before returning home to be closer to family. After several years working in Barrie and taking time off to raise her children, she joined the Bayside Dentistry team.

Known for her calm and compassionate nature, Meghan creates a comfortable and positive experience for every patient. She believes clear communication, empathy, and a warm smile go a long way in helping people feel confident about their care.

A proud Métis citizen of Ontario and fluent French speaker, Meghan brings a unique perspective and deep sense of community to her work. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors around Georgian Bay with family and friends, cooking, boating, cottaging, and travelling with her husband and two kids. Whether close to home or exploring new places, quality time with loved ones is what she values most.
